2. Registration

2.1 Companies that have been approved as customers by Bratt Trading have the right to register on Bratt Trading’s webshop ("Webshop"), allowing them to place orders online.
2.2 Upon registration, the customer consents to Bratt Trading entering their information into its customer database and processing it to fulfil contractual obligations.
2.3 The Customer must handle their user name and password with the highest level of care and must not share them with anyone except those authorised to place orders on behalf of the Customer.

3. Prices

3.1. Bratt Trading reserves the right to correct any errors in the webshop. This also includes any discrepancies between the webshop and the catalogue, whether related to prices or dates for price adjustments and promotions. The applicable product price is the one listed in Bratt Trading’s current catalogue on the date of the order, along with any ongoing campaigns and customer-specific offers.
3.2. All prices are provided exclusive of VAT.
3.3. The final amount shown in the webshop cart should be considered approximate. The exact invoice amount will be determined post-invoicing, according to the current catalogue price, factoring in applicable quantity discounts, promotions, customer-specific deals, and, where applicable, charges for shipping, VAT (Sweden only), and other related costs.

4. Orders

4.1 When placing an order, customers must read and agree to these terms and conditions.
4.2 If a customer places multiple orders, any subsequent orders will be treated as additions to the original order during the packing process. Whenever possible, these orders will be shipped together.
4.3 By placing a web-order the customer confirms the order and its content. An order recognition is automatically emailed, detailing the contents of the order as a confirmation from Bratt Trading AB.
4.4 Pre-Order: Orders containing pre-order items must be limited to those items only; in-stock items or regularly orderable articles cannot be included in the same order. Bratt Trading reserves the right to remove pre-order items from any order that also includes in-stock items. Pre-orders and their specific quantities will be confirmed by Bratt Trading when they are ready for dispatch. Once placed, pre-orders are binding.

5. Terms & Conditions

5.1. Payment terms are set-up upon agreement. Penalty interest will be charged at the applicable reference rate +8% (for credit customers only).
5.2. Unless otherwise stated, Bratt Trading uses DAP (Delivered at Place).
