At Bratt Trading, we—and our customers and suppliers worldwide—love seeing our products and brands come to life in real-world settings on social media! From time to time, we may request to share your photos on our platforms. These include our website, newsletters, social media channels, and third-party channels such as our global customers’ platforms.

Usage Rights

You grant Bratt Trading AB (Reg. No. 556711-8657, Sweden) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your content (including photos, videos, captions, and usernames) on our social media channels, website, marketing materials, and other digital or printed media. This includes the rights to:

Use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display your photos/content for marketing and advertising purposes. Any edits will be made only to adapt the content to our formats or layouts, and we will never alter the meaning or context of your original creation.
Feature your content on our website, newsletters, social media, and other promotional materials and third-pary channels.
Use images where you are identifiable for marketing purposes in accordance with Swedish law (Lag om namn och bild i reklam, 1978:800).
Please note that by granting this license, you waive the right to be credited when your content is displayed in our newsletter.

Your Confirmation & Responsibility

By granting permission, you confirm that:
✅ You own or control the rights to the content you have shared.
✅ You have permission from anyone featured in the content.
✅ You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
✅ The use of your content does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

Liability & Compensation

You acknowledge that Bratt Trading will not provide compensation for the use of your content. Additionally, you agree to hold Bratt Trading and its affiliates harmless from any claims related to the use of your images. By granting permission, you acknowledge that your content may contain personal data (e.g. your Instagram handle or identifiable image). This data will be processed solely for the purpose of featuring your content on our marketing and communication channels.

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swedish law, with the courts of Stockholm having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be exclusively resolved under Swedish law.
