All scissors purchased from Bratt Trading AB come with a one-year warranty. For warranty services, most products are sent to their respective manufacturers: Joewell and Mizutani scissors are sent to Japan, while Rose Line scissors are sent to Witte in Germany. REPAIR OF ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS.
Even in cases other than warranty issues we offer the possibility to repair electrical products from our selection by our own repairer. The price varies depending on the product and the extent of damage. Do not hesitate to contact us for an estimation of the cost and time for repair. In some cases a repair is not always necessary and can be solved over the phone or by sending you an easily replaceable spare part.
