Point cutting is a technique that helps to remove hair while adding texture at the same time, allowing an ordinary cut to turn into a look that is full of movement.
It is not so much used to remove length, but to soften blunt lines, remove bulk, and add dimension to the hair. We recommend the use of a bit bigger scissor
(at least 6.5") with longer blades for greater impact, and narrow and pointy tip. However, the most important "tools" for this technique are patience and
control - so choose a schissor that you are comfortable with.
